Jeff Ness
CEO / Founder
Ponybox.com was founded in 2002 by Jeffery Ness in an effort to fill a void of a realistic and user friendly
online equine simulator. Since then, the Ponybox community has grown to over 150,000 active members
and receives over 30 Million page views per month. Jeff is responsible for the oversight of daily activities,
and the organization and planning of future upgrades. Jeff served 5 years in the United States Navy as a
Cryptology Specialist onboard Fast Attack Submarines. After completing his Naval service Jeff used his
technical experience to take his love of horses online.

Johanna Rahkonen
Senior Director of Members
Johanna joined Ponybox in 2005 as our members director. Born in Lohja, Finland, Johanna moved to the United States
in 1996 as a student at Old Dominion University. Johanna received her Bachelors in Business Administration and provides
vital customer relations and Moderator management support to the Ponybox team. As our growing membership nears the 100,000 member mark,
Johanna has the tireless task of keeping Ponybox a safe community for members of all ages to enjoy.

Barb Ness
Customer Support
Barbara Ness, mother of Ponybox founder Jeff Ness, joined the Ponybox team June 2007 as the companies Customer Support Representative.
Barbara Ness retired as the Spring Grove Middle School Principal secretary in Spring Grove, Pennsylvania. Over 20 years experience with
student relations and problem solving at the Spring Grove Middle school makes Barbara a perfect fit as our Customer Support lead.
Barbara provides invaluable ideas and intuition in addition to answering the hunders of emails and messages received each day.
