Ponybox Gear items are real items that are purchased using Ponybucks. Members that bid on Gear items agree to the following:
1. The member with the highest bid in Ponybucks at the end of the auction wins the item.
2. Items not claimed within 15 days will be forfieted. To claim an item you won select the My Gear button above.
3. Ponybox will deduct the Ponybucks from the winning bidders account in exchange for receipt of the product. Ponybox will also pay for shipping charges worldwide, but will not
be responsible for any tarrifs or customs fees for international deliveries. Some countries may require a custom or tarrif fee to be collected to take receipt of the item.
4. Items are shipped from the U.S.A. Please allow 2-3 weeks for U.S. deliveries and 2-4 weeks for international deliveries.
5. Ponybox reserves the right to refuse, cancel or deny any bid or auction at any time for any reason.
6. Acquiring Ponybucks unethically from cheating or scams can result in a retraction of your bid and/or termination of your account.
7. Ponybox is not liable for any auction anomolies including but not limited to software and hardware problems, loss of data or data corruption. Ponybox
reserves the right to cancel early, end at any time or reject any or all auction results for any reason.
8. Ponybox is not responsible for receipt of items not as described and will not accept returns. Ponybox will ship all items with a delivery conformation.
Ponybox will not reship any item due to a non-receipt of the item if the delivery conformation shows the item was delivered to the address provided. Ponybox will not reship any item
due to a return of the item for any reason, including but not limited to a non-deliverable item or invalid address.
9. Members under the age of 18 must have their parents permission to bid on items.
10. Ponybox restricts wins to 1 item per household every 20 days from the previous win date. Ponybox reserves the right to deny the receipt of items where the same household
or member has won in the past 20 days.
