Ponybox recently released a new equestrian website and if you don't get the Ponybox Newsletter you probably didn't hear about it. The new website is in its initial test phase and will be advertised here on Ponybox once we have most the issues worked out.
If you get the Ponybox Newsletter you also received a few emails on the background of Ponybox LLC and how you can start your own equestrian website. I was extremely surprised with the amount of feedback I received on getting started with your own websites and have been helping a lot of you with questions over the past few months. In my newsletters I also touch on the expenses of running Ponybox and was amazed at how many of you assumed the costs were very small to keep this site running. If you get the newsletter you know exactly how much we pay per month to keep this going, and you also found out how I never have taken one penny of the donations for myself. To this day all donations have gone back into the company to help it grow.
Many of our long time members have sent me emails about the good old days on Ponybox and how it was responsible for a lot of long-time friendships they developed! We receive these stories regularly and it sometimes seems surreal that we are responsible for friendships that would never have happened if I would have kept the idea of Ponybox on paper.
The most common feedback I receive about the Ponybox Newsletter is our members wanting to hear more stories about the inside of Ponybox, how we operate and what makes us tick. In response I'm in the process of writing up a few additions to the newsletter that give more details and pictures on the good and not so good days behind the scene at Ponybox LLC. Did you know that Ponybox LLC was sued for $25,000 this past spring, or that Ponybox was invited onto CNBC, but missed our air-time because of a cellphone outage in our area. These are some of the stories I will be adding to the newsletter this summer.
If your not a member of the newsletter, sign up here.
Thanks,
Jeff Ness

I have that new World Horse Ranking System and its very good. The only thing I dont get is percentile. Is it basically a percentage out of 100.
I am so, so glad you didn't keep the idea of Ponybox on paper. Like many others, I have met many great people on here, people that I would have been missing if Ponybox had not been made. Thanks so much, and three cheers for the best horse sim game on the Internet!!
You do an awesome job, Jeff. Your little game here is my R&R from my real life as an owner and manager of two small businesses- one is a boarding and training facility for 20 real life horses and the other is providing caregivers to seniors. I think I have been playing for about two and a half years now! :) Thank you for this!
