Regarding the -5 DNA for Linebreeding, does it get get bred out? I have a very good stallion who was produced by an accidental crossing of mother and son. I hadn't realized my mistake until I bred him a few times, and even so, those foals are doing well too.
Can I eventually get rid of the -5 DNA? I don't really want to cull this line from my program.

As far as I'm aware the extra DNA remains there, although it should become inactive in further foals. I'm not sure.
