I bought Foundations...
I cloned them, also.
So I have...

4 Mares and 2 stallions I believe....

I have plenty of GHS's if I need them.

However, how do I breed without causing linebreeding in the future?
So far all mares have bred to 1 stallion and had offspring, but what else?
The foals breed to the other stallion or what?

If the originial horse has a stallion foal. And that stallion foal breeds with the clone of the originial horse (foundation, so no parents) will this cause linebreeding?
Or will it not, as its foundation?

Breed all your Foundations at least a couple times, to different horses (eg. mare 1 with stallion 1 one week, then mare 1 with stallion 2 the next week etc.) and mix and match to get a good amount of foals with different blood. Foals can then be bred with each other (if unrelated) or back to different Foundies.

And as far as I'm aware breeding the foal of a Foundie with that Foundie's clone does not cause linebreeding, as the system technically recognises the cloned Foundie as a completely new horse due to the lack of pedigree.

You can interbreed them all without any troubles. Because clones act like new horses, and they are foundations.

So like if you have Max and Mollie. Say they have a filly we will call her Marline.

If you clone Max, you can breed him with Marline without getting the line breed trait.
