There are two things I try to eat every day in an effort to be healthier!
1. a yogurt for breakfast! Great for your stomach and super healthy
2. Green tea. Like plain, with no sugar or milk*. Not only is it an antioxidant but its also a metabolism booster!
Salads bore me, and I've currently been making lots of chili because its totally the season for it!

I munch on pumpkin seeds and pistachios and grapes instead of much loved chips and chocolate to try and cut back but I luff my coca-cola!

Chili cause it's good for my blood sugar. Yogurt and fresh fruit cause it helps curb my sweet tooth. And I like orange slices in my glass of water for flavor.

I eat Flax seeds in a smooth or oatmeal daily. It helps with the omegas and stomach problems. I'm dairy intolerant, but because dairy is in almost everything I can't avoid it, and flax helps with some of the side effects it causes me. Try to eat salads every day to along with avocado and strawberries

I start with a yogurt and then for lunch have cup o soup or soup , and usually add a couple of tuc crackers. Dinners vary from a pork chops, chicken breast, chilli etc. I didn't cut out potato as there are so many varieties etc but I just made my intake smaller and upped my veg. I only allow myself 3 coffees now and have water instead sometimes add a lemon to it for better flavouring.

I have cereal, whether its cold or oatmeal. Also have coffee daily, usually with sugar free vanilla creamer. I've been eating sandwiches fairly consistently as well. Usually turkey and cheese with one of those mini applesauce (unsweetened)
I usually have some form of cheese at least once a day. And have been drinking tea and/or soda once a day. And I usually have a slice of bread with either peanut butter, apple butter, or honey.

yogurt, tea, bagels with cream cheese, lots of veggies (peppers, carrots, broccoli, avocados)
i'm constantly hungry though, so i eat a lot of everything. stupid metabolism (or so i hope that's the only problem xD)

I used to not eat breakfast, this week I’ve started having Up’n’Go and I’m liking it so far.
Lunch has been eggs and bacon
Tea is chops/steak and veggies
Now to spoil that goodness!
Right now I’m eating a packet of sweet chilli and sour cream chips, and drinking a can of coke.
Tea will go on shortly which is as above, with jelly and custard for dessert.
I snack at work, which consists of a milo energy bar, fruitbox, chocolate bar, yoghurt, tub of fruit, tin of tuna, tin spaghetti, yakult drink and sometimes another can of coke (that’s all I take, but if I eat it all is another story lol)
At home I snack on banana chips also, and have been drinking V8 veggie juice.
I’m one of those who can eat anything and not gain weight...

RoughTides, I know that feeling. I constantly eat and you can't even tell. I eat, eat, eat, and I'm still hungry.
