Since there are a lot of new/returning people, I thought I'd make this :P
The key to selling horses on Ponybox is to advertise and present information.
✦ Post Links in the post. Have links to all the horses you are wanting to advertise in the post.
✦ If the horse is in or has finished it's Jump Career, post the jump height.
✦ If the horse is still a foal, post links to the parents, their jump heights and accomplished foals.
✦ Put the confirmation in the post.
✦ Put how many active and passive DNA the horse has.
✦ Put which notable DNA the horse has and which ones it is missing that can be added with items.
✦ If the horse is a brood or stud stock, state any notable foals.
✦ Put the price of the horse.
✦ If the horse has an impressive rank, state it's Best Rank.
✦ Put other information such as if the horse is a natural, or a foundation, or comes from 90"+ lines, etc.
✦ Everything above goes for if you are offering the horse for stud or foal reservations as well.
This is an example of what one of my posts would look like:
And I would repeat that for every horse I have.
I also structure my posts based on breed. So each breed will have a header with all of the horses of that breed available listed under.
Posting details and links makes it easier potential buyers to decide if they want the horse. It presents positive notes about the horse and give the potential buyers easier access so they don't have to go looking through your barn searching and get frustrated and leave without buying anything.
Hope you enjoyed this quick guide!

If you make it simple and easy to read you're more likely to garner interest. Quick little important points like DNE illustrated are the best way to go about it. A long waffling post about what the horse ate for dinner last Thanksgiving might not help your case XP
Also, break up your paragraphs to make the content easier on the eye.
Remember - we live in the hard and fast age of Tweets and witty one liners selling products, not novels.
You can also try stand out with deals or competitions eg. twin foals, you want to sell one and keep the other, offer the person half their purchase cost back if their foal gets to 90" first. That way you also get the assurance that they'll do their best to put effort into that foal and won't just let it stew in their barn.
I know I tend to get wordy when selling, but with my super foals I like to list all the info right up front :) Makes it easier in some situations to just list the parentage and notable horses in their lines, especially when the foal could make a good candidate for a super themselves. That way interested buyers would have all the info right up front, instead of hunting through the foals lines :)
As you can probably tell, I have no idea how to Twitter or Tweet xD
