Hi RavenSide, I've passed your concerns onto admin. I will say if the password wasn't the same as your PonyBox account, it's unlikely.
As an overall note to members, in terms of protecting yourself, it's best if you don't use the same password across multiple websites for this very reason.

Hi Hearty! You're not alone, there's been a couple of reports coming up with the same error. Do try different combinations, one moderator found that it was a specific number that was giving them the error. Please do let me know if that doesn't work though!

If you save your passwords to Chrome, Darkfall can walk you through it.

Always better to be safe than sorry! Would also recommend not using the same password for multiple accounts here, nor passwords with easily recognizable or common words. While PB does not currently allow the use of special characters (*&%$) having a password that is a combination of letters and numbers in a random order can help increase security.
Aka P1A2S3S4W5O6R7D8 is better than password12345678 :)
And yes if anyone is having trouble resetting their password because they use Chrome autofill using the "Forgot My Password" option is one way. The other is by clicking the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the screen under the "X" and going to "Settings". From there you can select "Password" and you can view your Chrome saved passwords after you confirm your identity.
Stay safe everyone!
