I like individual links! Especially with current (at least at time of post) jump heights listed, so it's easy to see which horses are appropriate to jump with mine (kinda don't want to send my young rares against really high jumpers until they're doing similarly well) and I can quickly open several pages to jump from.

Personally, I prefer individual links organized by item/natural and jump height and/or jump priority.
Granted this is how I personally do it (which I guess is also harder on the person making the list) but it lets me easily choose the horses of the same class that I can send to and makes sure I know what horses are your top priority so I can send to them and help you out the most.
This is just my personal preference though. ;-)

I prefer individual links with current jump heights and if they are Itemed/natural.
