I am the self proclaimed crock pot QUEEN xD That is all I had for a year of my life- not even a microwave. You can get SO creative with it!
I make a buffalo chicken pasta in the crock pot that is wildy unhealthy and so delicious. I've cooked pretty much every type of meat imaginable in mine! And yes, you can cook the pasta in it too!

I love to use the crock pot for chicken tacos! Plop in chicken breasts or thighs, a jar of salsa, a little bit of spices and let it cook all day. Shred up and use with your favorite taco shells and toppings. Perk it up a bit: I like to make a batch of coleslaw to add to the tacos. YUM YUM!

Ooo you must try this!
Okay so place beef pot roast in first. Add 1 package sliced mushrooms and 1 jar pepperoncini. Sprinkle 1 packet ranch powder and 1 packet Au Jus powder. Place 1 stick of butter on top. Slow cook for 8 hours on low.
The meat is basically melt in your mouth, and after the pepperoncinis are cooked they aren't as spicy anymore :)

Okay so for pulled pork you’ll want to get a Boston butt or pork shoulder that will fit in your crock pot. Then you’ll want to make a dry rub to marinate it over night in the fridge. For the rub you need:
3 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 Tbsp salt
When you place the pork in the pot you’ll want to add one can of regular Dr. Pepper and 1 Tbsp of liquid hickory smoke. I usually get up at a ridiculous hour for work so I put it in the crockpot early in the morning and let it cook on low for 10 hours. Once it’s done take it out of the pot and shred the meat with two forks on a cutting board. Save 1 cup of all the juice to add back to the meat once you put it back in the pot. Soooo delicious, makes great sandwiches.

So for your chili you need to brown 2lbs of ground beef and 1lb of pork sausage. I also take 5 slices of hardwood smoked bacon and cook until crisp then chop them up into fine pieces. Then you’ll need to sauté the veggies, chop them fine or chunky (I like mine fine). 1 red bell pepper, 1 green bell pepper, 2 stalks of celery, 1 small yellow onion, 1-2 jalapeños (totally optional and you can keep or remove the seeds depending on your spice preference). Throw everything above into the crockpot after browning and sautéing. Then add, 2 (15 oz) cans of chili beans, 1 (15 oz) can of kidney beans, 2 (28 oz) cans petite diced tomatoes undrained, 1 (6 oz) can of tomato paste. Then all the spices, 4 Tbsp of chili powder, 1 Tbsp dried oregano, 2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp dried basil, 1 tsp seasoning salt, 3/4 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp paprika, 1 Tbsp white sugar, 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 Tbsp minced garlic, 3 regular size beef bouillon cubes. Give that bad boy a real good stir to combine everything and cook on low for 8 hours. Honestly the best chili I’ve ever had.
