So here's Cupcake. This is the second day of her training. Basically all I'm doing is unteaching her everything she learned as a barrel racer and calming her down so that we can use her for pony rides and for older kids on trail rides. If I can't get her to calm down, we have to sell her, but at least if we do I know that the work I've done with her will make her a good pony for a more experienced young rider who will give her all the love and care she deserves. |
