Sorry to say this,but your position is all wrong.Your heels should be way more down,your back should be a arched,your arms forward,legs relaxed and your butt closer to the saddle.Looks like Bailey is just stepping over that obstacle,maybe next time,(before the jump) tap hip two or three times with a short whip and let him know who's boss,I'm sure it'll help.I must say,tough,that he is very beautiful and graceful also,you can see he's trying he's best even tough he is tired...
