Breed Paint
A confirmation shot of Paint. At least I tried lol! =)

Note:Don`t comment on the fencing! It`s the holding pen and she does NOT stay in there! She stays in electric fencing!!

Why do you have her tied up like that?

Like what? I always tie my horses like that. If they pull it comes out. If they pull a lot it comes out it doesnt just pop out of the knot. It has always worked...I have always done it like that for some reason.

FL-I would but I can`t ride her. She was listed as a "dangerous" horse after my uncle was drunk and trying to ride her after I told him she hasnt been rode for over 1 year and is spooky. So now I can`t ride her only pet/brush her.

Pony-That`s her coloring. Well it might be dirt. She was abused to I don`t totally trust her yet so I stay away from her legs.

A quick release knot, done correctly, should always keep the horse tied up securely. The release knot is only just in case you need to quickly free the horse in situations of emergency. If you tie them up to where they can free themselves if they pull, you're only setting them up to develop a habit of pulling and escaping when they don't feel like being tied up anymore. That is probably the reason why Faith pulls and breaks things to run off and eat grass when you tie her up.

If you have hopes of showing Faith this summer, I'd suggest you begin tying them up to where they cannot free themselves. If you have her tied up at a show and she gets loose, you'll be having some major problems on your hands.

I did it fine. She only gets away when she can eat grass. Like if she can break the post she will walk away. But if she was tied up at a show she wouldn`t get away. I wouldn`t leave her.

Like I think Dark Star said, yeah she said that if you plan to show her at all, you have to get her working, and start to train her.
If you can't ride her, well then you really can't show.
Even for in hand shows.

I really like Paint. The other horses are cute, but I love her coloring and head. :) Stinks about your uncle. Can they unlist her?

Pogo-Thanks. Yep. I wish she could be. But she can`t be. So now she is like a broodmare. I guess. But I so wish I could ride her one last time.
