One of my favourite things to do is take close-up photos of horses to show a bit more emotion or character. I'll be posting a few like this, because it's something I enjoy doing for myself. I started taking photos like this to get myself out of a slump where I wasn't enjoying my time behind the camera. It's very simple while I'm clicking away to just flick the zoom a little tighter and snap a few quick ones. You'd be surprised how often a photo can turn out well when you're not trying so hard to make it spectacular.
