PonyBox Horse Rankings
 By Winniefield Park   •   26th Oct 2019   •   85 views   •   0 comments
Rankings can change quickly, but some horses seem to stick close to the top longer than others. And some stables seem to produce great horses very consistently. Here are just a few that have achieved top rank, and could stay close to the top for some time yet. For those of us who want to improve our rankings, achieve those really big jumps, or produce horses worth breeding, it’s inspirational and helpful to watch these horses.

B*I Marigold

B*I Marigold

Top ranked mare B*I Marigold has attained the number one rank and a best jump of 90.5 and still remains in the top twenty Ponybox rank. B*I Marigold was owned by top ten ranked stable Bucki International 2 has perfect conformation, is 100 purebred and has earned her 100 challenges badge. She is by stallion Top ranked mare Color Blind whose pedigree traces back to DJ2 Carbine, who has earned several badges including Ponybox Favorite, Fan Favorite and Show Winner.

Her dam is FE Ghost of War a 6th generation Paint mare and antecedent of PNKYS D'yer Mak'er, who earned a Ponybox Favorite badge. B*I Marigold has over 50 jumpoff wins and her best streak was 335. At age 13, there’s a possibility she’ll be heading to retirement soon and that means 7th generation foals could be on the way.

No Name

When you’ve got a horse in the top twenty rankings it needs a name to match its achievements. This as yet unnamed Thoroughbred stallion, born on August 25, 2019 is by B* IWinters Knight and mare Calypso horses out of the Tripp International stable . Both sire and dam are purebred, have 100 challenges and 10/10/10/10 conformation. The mare is a 25th generation horse. A look at both the sire and dam side pedigree shows lots of Show Winners, Ponybox Favorites and challenge winners. The stable, Tripp International, was created in November of 2006. So far, the 11-year-old horse has a top 20 ranking, best jump of 86.25 and longest streak was 22 wins. This horse is in training and at only 11 years old, may still move up in rank. Evidently, this horse has been too busy winning to be concerned about a name.

B*I Blazer

B*I Blazer

Absolute top ranked horse recently has been B*I Blazer, owned by the familiar Bucki International stable. Blazer is by Universe Topazz and *Makybe Diva* and registered in five top ranked registries. The mare Makybe Diva was a well ranked mare, achieving a top rank of 1. The stallion's best jump was 87.75 and best streak was 234. Blazer achieved top ten horse on October 5 and currently has 552,500 in winnings with over 50 jumpoff wins. At only 11 years old, Blazer could stay within the top rankings for a while yet.
