Horse Pulled Behind Truck

A video taken in Colorado has gone viral, angering animal lovers around the world. Animal control officers are investigated after viewers reported the video showing a white pick up truck pulling a horse tied to the back bumper up a snowy lane. In the background are excited voices as the truck speeds off with the scrambling horse in tow.

The horse has been seized by authorities and sent to an animal sanctuary after being treated at a veterinary clinic. The owners have been charged with animal cruelty.
