11 Mares Rescued After Falling Thru Ice
 By Winniefield Park   •   15th Mar 2020   •   106 views   •   0 comments

Many places in the world are experiencing a warmer than average winter, and that means the freeze-up came later and the ice is not as thick as it would normally be. Fortunately, the farmers were working nearby when the horses went through the ice of a small but apparently deep pond. Using a tractor and towline, the farmers were able to get the mares out without injury.
