The ski industry around the world is taking hits from rising costs, a decline in participants and shorter seasons due to climate change. But resorts in France have taken a creative approach to remedy the situation. Eagles and horses offer a new way to enjoy the slopes whether or not they are on skis and add something new to the skiing experience.
