Outsourcing Horse Art and Graphics

Ponybox relies heavily on outsourcing art and other aspects of the site to people that are more talented than myself. As the owner of Ponybox LLC my time is very valuable and outsourcing some of our work to experts makes a lot of sense.
A few months ago Ponybox released a feature on PB3 called the Ponybox Marketplace. The Marketplace is a one stop solution to get great custom graphics for your website, sim game or school project that you otherwise would not have the time or ability to complete.
How to use the Marketplace
Select the Post Job button in the Marketplace and create a description of the type of graphic you would like created. Submit your job and sit back and watch members bid on a price to complete the job.
After you receive a few bids you can go back into the Marketplace and look over all the members that have bid on your job and select the best one suited for you. Members that have bid will have feedback ratings and a price in Ponybucks to complete the job. Feedback is very important, the closer the member is to 100% feedback the better. Once you select a member to complete the job the bid amount in Ponybucks will be removed from your account and given to the member that you awarded the job.
Now you just sit back and wait for the art to appear in your account. Once you receive the art it is important to leave feedback on the member so that future people can get an accurate assesment of the members abilities, timeline and overall satisfaction with their work.
This is a very simple way to get great art and graphics for any online or school project that only costs a few Ponybucks. |

I love the marketplace but I hate it when people do not give me the graphic I still have like 10 people that owe me graphics:( Can you try to come up with a way to fix it like if a month passes the money that I awarded them is sent back to me. that would be cool
